Focuses on balance, posture, strength and flexibility. Suitable for all ages and abilities. You don't need to have done Pilates before to do this. You will notice the flexibility and strength benefits quickly as well as the core strength essential to prevent injury and help rehabilitate from any injuries or conditions .
