This class combines gentle myofascial release techniques with Pilates-based movement and functional strength training. Designed to ease tight muscles, improve posture, and unlock greater range of movement, its suitable for all levels and welcomes everyone. Through a blend of targeted release, controlled strengthening, and conditioning exercises, you'll feel lighter, stronger, and more mobile - helping your body move with freedom and resilience in everyday life.
