Service Description
The thought of joining a class can be daunting to anyone new to Pilates, this 30 minutes one to one session will help you gain confidence and have the basic knowledge before joining a class. The session will include how to use your Core Muscles, Pelvic Tilts, Glute muscles and your breathing technique. If you already do Pilates via Zoom but want to check your technique and do not want to do a class then this will help you too. This session will also suit anyone wanting to check their technique in the studio so they are confident to continue at home via Zoom
