Aerial Pilates


Incorporating yoga, Pilates, and aerial acrobatics, the class involves using a hammock-like apparatus to work against gravity

Aerial classes are suitable for everyone including Pregnant ladies as long as you have the ok from your Midwife.

We just ask that you have done yoga, Pilates or reformers at least once for the basics of core strength and breathing.
