COVID-19 NOTICE
At Movement&Co, we have taken the necessary precautions to ensure we maintain both a healthy and safe environment for all our staff and clients all in line with government guidelines..
This is to ensure that when you come for a session, you have the peace of mind that we are taking this pandemic very seriously without any compromise to the quality of services we offer.

These are some of the measures we have put in place at our studio.
No shaking hands or unnecessary contact.
Hand washing facilities provided with antibacterial gel available before and after class.
Distancing 2 metres with clear markings.
Minimum numbers in classes. This means people will need to book into the class beforehand. Commitment to keep numbers down to 10 maximum when restrictions lift further.
Request everyone has their own equipment. We sell all the equipment you will need for our classes if needed - Visit our online shop
Deep Floor cleaning between classes. We will need to have sufficient time to steam and disinfect the floor before the next class. All reformers will be disinfected, and the straps used only once per person.
